69 Zelma Street has hosted so many family Christmas and Easter Holiday get togethers as well as long week-ends just relaxing and taking in all that beach life offers, however the current owners have decided it is now time for someone else to enjoy this home.
No matter how big your family, there will be room for all of them. Downstairs offers space for additional beds to be added or converted to that casual rumpus room. The bathroom with single shower and separate toilet along with the laundry is positioned in this space as well. There is the convenience of two car lock up plus extra cover for another two cars under the adjoining lean-to, which is devoid of cement flooring.
The undercover entertaining area has a built in bbq, however it does require the roof to be replaced.
Internal stairs lead to the large open plan area with high ceiling and accommodates the kitchen plus the dining and lounge areas. This zone is complimented on two sides by a roomy sleepout offering views to the ocean. The sleepout is currently set up with one queen size bed and three single beds, so there is definitely room for everyone. Alternatively as the virtual photos show, this area is ideal to set up with a casual lounge.
A serviceable kitchen is in place with an as new electric stove. Vinyl flooring throughout this huge area makes for easy cleaning when there are more important things to do such as fishing, crabbing or just relaxing on the beach which is just a short walk away.
